Legal right of Withdrawal
According to Greek Law 2251/1994, if you trade as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract (except in the case of one of the products of term 13.3 below, where the right of withdrawal is not granted) within 14 calendar days without justification.
The withdrawal period expires after the expiration of 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical ownership or control of the products, or in the case of ordering more products after the expiration of 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical ownership or control of the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, ie to return the product to us in accordance with the above and to pay the price, you can inform Georgia Kids by calling the Customer Service Department at 2541083675 or through the contact form here.
In order to withdraw in time, all you have to do is send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will refund you without delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we were notified of the withdrawal, all payments we have received from you. Money returned by Georgia Kids does not include initial shipping costs to you (where provided) if they exceed the cost of universal postal service.
The return will be made with the same payment method you used for the original transaction. By exercising the withdrawal you are obliged to return to us the product in the excellent condition in which it was delivered to you or to provide us with clear and indisputable proof that you have sent it safely within 14 calendar days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal by you and within the same deadline we are obliged to refund you any amounts you have paid us. It is considered that you have done this on time if you have delivered the products before the 14 day deadline has passed.
In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts.
The shipping costs of the return of the product are not covered by Georgia Kids and are borne by the customer.
You are responsible for any impairment of the products as a result of such treatment that alters their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Contractual Right of Withdrawal
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal granted to the consumer, as referred to in clause 13.1 above, we grant you a period of 20 days from the Shipping Confirmation to return the products (excluding the products listed in clause 13.3 below, for which the right of withdrawal not provided).
In case you return the products on time within the contractual withdrawal period, but overdue for the legal withdrawal period, the value of the returned products will be refunded. The direct costs incurred as a result of the return of these products will be borne by you.
You can exercise the right of withdrawal according to condition 13.1 above, however if you inform us about the withdrawal after the expiration of the deadline for legal withdrawal, you are obliged to return the products to us within 20 days from the Shipping Confirmation.
Common Provisions (for both cases of withdrawal)
You can not withdraw from the Contract, as you do not have such a right, in the cases of article 3b of law 2251/94 as well as in any other case that is provided by law or this in accordance with the law.
Indicatively, you are not entitled to withdraw in products such as Underwear for hygiene reasons, as long as the execution began with the previous explicit consent of the consumer and the confirmation on his part that he thus loses the right of withdrawal. You also do not have the right to withdraw in cases of buying "swimwear", but only if you have removed the special sticker that bears inside.
Your right to withdraw from the contract only applies to products that are returned in exactly the same condition in which you received them. No refunds will be given if the product has been used after opening, if the product is not in the same condition as it was delivered or if it has been damaged. Therefore, you need to take proper care of the products while they are in your possession.
